If there was one wedding from last year that I was simply in awe that would have to be Thanushan from Digital Fusion’s wedding featuring decor from Geethams Banquet Services. The decor looked like it was ripped out of the pages of a luxe magazine.
The reception setup oozed sophistication in so many ways. Take a look at this snippet overviewing all the decor elements videographed by Ramesh from Butterfly Squad and edited by the groom himself (Digital Fusion).
I loved the use of different textures, colour, and layering of heights in the backdrop. DivineMethod Photography captured every detail in these amazing photos!!
Flowers and flowy fabric soften the clear modernistic pillars of the backdrop.
I love it when couples invest in a solid decorator who will pay attention to every detail, right down to the table setting. I particularly like the table cloth that was used here - a refreshing change to the usual damask print.
Individual favours alternated between personalized chocolate bars and rich cakes. If you think your guests may have a problem with the alternation (i.e. ‘Why didn’t I get a rich cake?’), alternate the colours of the rich cake boxes or its style instead.
In addition to the couple’s main sofa, a head table was set up with centerpieces of varying heights, each adorned with a flower and floating candle.
